Matteo Bonfà is Victor Insurance Italy Country Leader. Heading the Italian team, he is responsible for defining and directing the strategic line of the agency, with the aim of consolidating Victor’s growth and development in the country.

He has over twenty years of experience in the insurance sector. Before joining Victor Italia, Matteo has been CEO and CUO of Underwriting Solutions Srl and Gefass Srl, two MGAs of AON group. Supported by a team of 15 people, he’s been responsible for expanding the network of collaboration with agents and brokers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Before this experience, Matteo worked for a long time in QBE, coming to the position of Underwriting Manager General Liability and Pharma, and before that in several brokerage companies, working closely with Lloyd’s of London.

Matteo Bonfà has a degree in Economics and Commerce at Milan Cattolica University.
